An automatic welding mask with extended edges for better protection of the neck and ears. Ultraviolet (UV) and infrared (IR) protection is present at all times and in all phases. Specifcally chosen welding flters have advanced optical performances for continued comfort. There are three dimensions of welding flters: 107 x 73 mm (XX), 107 x 54 mm (X) and 93 x 45 mm (V). It has side glass parts which expand the vision feld. A comfortable and soft head band increases comfort. Exhaled air is directed out through side exhaust vents, which prevents its direction toward the work object. It is manufactured in accordance with the requirements for mechanical resistance to high speed particles (EN 175 class B). It can be used for several welding processes - MMA, MIG/MAG, TIG, plasma welding, oxyacetylene welding/cutting, and it can be used for grinding. It has manual setup of darkening level - DIN 5, 8 and 9-13, including the dimming for gas welding, microplasma and argon welding. There is a sensor regulating dimming speed: light/ dark - 0,1 millisecond, and dark/light - 0,04-1,3 second. The work temperature is from -5°C to +55°C.
