Respirex GTB reusable gas tight suit

Fully encapsulating (GTB, type 1A - ET) lightweight reusable gas tight coverall designed to protect against toxic. It is designed for use with breathing apparatus and can be used by rescue services in the industry during the emergency response. It is made of Laminate Viton® material. The Laminate Viton® material is made of polyester fabric coated with orange fireproof DuPont™ Viton® material on one side and on the other side with grey thermoplastic material with an insert barrier film. It has highly resistant 122 cm long gas tight zipper with a double flap over it and a Velcro closure, placed on the right side of the suit. Solid, double layer visor permitting clear undistorted vision. Seams are welded and double taped. Dual glove system consisting of a chemically protective inner glove bonded to an outer neoprene glove for mechanical protection. Gloves are attached by Respirex Locking cuff mechanism allowing the user to easily change the gloves when necessary. Coverall is delivered with Hazmax™ FPA boots which are highly chemically resistant and are pursuant to EN ISO 20345:2004 and EN345-2:1996 standards. This wide cut coverall has adjustable inner belt for optimal wearer comfort. Exhalation valves ensure that the pressure change within the suit does not exceed 400 pascals in one minute. Leak-tightness test to EN464 is done prior to dispatch. Annual pressure test is required (or after each use). This material is resistant to chemical weapons pursuant to FINABEL 0.7.C requirements and is resistant to infectious agents pursuant to EN 14126:2003 requirements.
