As part of the work on the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan, the Belgrade City Transport Secretariat, together with CEP – Center for Urban Development Planning, organized an open competition to involve all interested citizens with their creative and innovative thinking and proposals. Students, students, as well as other creative citizens from various professions participated in the competition. The exhibition of works was held on January 15 at the National Gallery of Belgrade.

As one of the sponsors of this exhibition, ALBO donated highly visible vests for all visitors and participants of the competition. The Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan portrayed what was the theme of the competition – Belgrade in which we want to live – what kind of streets do we want to walk, do we ride a bicycle, trotnet or car? What buses, trams and trolleybuses would we like to see on the streets of our city? What is it that would brighten everyday life and make it easier to navigate the streets of Belgrade?

The works and solutions offered by the participants of the competition were extremely creative and we believe that they contributed to the goal of the project, which is to encourage the citizens of Belgrade to use less passenger cars for their movement around the city, and more for walking, bicycle and public transport, this will reduce air pollution and the greenhouse effect.

Albu, as a company that is a leader in the field of security, was pleased to assist in such an interesting and unique project, whose main goal is precisely the protection and security of citizens. We thank the organizers, and we wish the participants and the winners of good luck in their future work.
