EVO Lite with ventilation and a wheel
Code: zg-evolvwr-x
Product description
Extremely lightweight helmet - weighs less than 300 g, making it 20% lighter than standard industrial helmets. It is made of ABS, non-toxic elastic polymer of high purity and density, which provides the helmet with outstanding strength and impact resistance, that overcomes requirements of the EN 397. It has textile insert, 6-point harness, and a three depth adjustment system that allows perfect, comfortable and secure fit to head of the user. The width can be adjusted using the Evolution™ wheels (WR extension in the product key) or the OneTouch™ strip (SR extension in the product key). The cotton sweatband is coated with a porous PU layer, which is pH neutral and dermatologically tested material. The helmet is available in variant with ventilation (extension V in product key) or without ventilation, in several colors. The helmet with ventilation (openings on both sides and on the back of the helmet) is designed in such a way, so that the warm air get out through the openings and the cold air enters, which reduces the negative effects of UV radiation and lowers the inside temperature by 2-3 degrees. The helmet without ventilation fulfills the requirements of EN 50365, class 0 - electrically insulating helmets for use on low voltage installations. This means that this helmet is electrically isolated and suitable for working under low voltage conditions or close to low voltage objects (not over 1000 V AC or 1500 V DC - two triangle mark). Also, this helmet (without ventilation) will protect the user from short-term, unintentional contact with the electric arc (440 V AC). Helmet without ventilation provides a certain protection against spraying of molten metal. This helmet also exists in a variant with a ribbon around the chin. It is possible to mount accessories on the EVO Lite helmet (visor, visor holder and earmuffs) from the Surefit™ EVO collection, using universal adapters which are placed on both sides, as well as EVOSpec protective glasses.
